As a Chicagoan, I trust you know that there are qualified prosecutors at every level of governance in your fair city. If you really think that Nimmo, Tariq Ail (not, sir, Tarik) and the rest of those whom you have accused of treason, qualify as traitors under the very limited definition of treason in our Constitution, why not take it up with some prosecutor downtown, rather than spew your venom all over the Web? In addition, sir, treason requires the actual declaration of war, which is a Congressional prerogative, and not germane to the present state of affairs in Iraq (or would you say "Irak?"), Afghainistan, etc. Lament with me, if you will, this arrogation of Congressional prerogative by an altogether woeful tradition of our executive (which Mr. Bush can hardly be accused of initiating), but no declaration of war, no treason. As you are neither two witnesses, judge nor jury, I suggest, in all humility, sir, that you stick to your own and leave the investigation, prosecution and sentencing of capital crimes to those who are qualified and empowered--Constitutionally--to do so.
